Introduction: The coexistence of primary hyperparathyroidism with autoimmune diseases is described very rarely in the literature so far. There are only few cases of immune-mediated hyperparathyroidism, associated with anti-calcium- sensing receptor autoantibodies, frequently in context with other immune diseases.
